Computer engineer Barbie
Well it figures, now not only does Barb have a pink Corvette but now she's after my job!! I'm waiting for physicist Barbie or perhaps Carol Bartz Barbie??

"As geek parents, we often have rosy colored notions about our children growing up. We actually want them to be geeks. From the earliest of ages we dress them in WoW gear, teach them to quote Star Wars and wonder when is too early to start reading The Hobbit. We nurture them in the way of the Geek, hoping that, when the time comes for them to choose their path, they won’t stray far." - Natania Barron
Natania Barron over at The Wire this last fall posted a very well written artical Tips for Raising Your Girl Geek. She details very well that to each her own and not to try to push your daughter into something. Let them find it for themselves. Worth a read, and way better than Barbie.
Well at least they don't have the to worry about some of the harsh realities when they are that age. Barbie never broke any laws, and she always passed the keys to Ken when it was time to leave the pool party.

Wait a minute didn't we just have one of these in office?
Ah Chicago politics. The city that grew up being run by the corrupt and greedy. The National Republican Senate Committee released a commercial connecting Alexi Giannoulias to Mobsters and of course Blagoavichy. I think this is one of the best produced political commercials I've seen in a while.

xkcd.com posted a great cartoon detailing the frequency of strip versions of games by hits to Google.

I'm thinking of giving the chess by mail version a try. Great site guys.
